AnmanieSMP is a tool for editing images, primarily photos. More precisely, it is used to create distortion effects. Obviously, such effects are interesting especially when applied to photos of persons. As you may have allready realized, this software is more or less just for fun. And since you would have only half the fun if this software would be expensive to buy, it is Freeware. That means, you can use it for free and even give it to others as long as you don't charge any money for it.
